Saint Anne Township is one of seventeen townships in Kankakee County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 2,108[1]. The township was created on March 11, 1857 from parts of Aroma Township.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Saint Anne Township covers an area of 30.31 square miles (78.5 km2); of this, 30.27 square miles (78.4 km2) (99.86 percent) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (0.13 percent) is water.
